摘要
采用1200~1000℃加热、910~720℃终轧、轧后空冷、喷水或直接水淬的工艺,实验研究了控轧控冷工艺对3.5%Ni低温用钢板的组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,用控轧控冷+高温回火取代热轧+正火+高温回火工艺可获得良好的低温冲击性能。
The effects of technological parameters related to controlled-rolling and accelerated-cooling process on microstrueture and mechanical properties, especially on crycgenic impact toughness of 3.5 %Ni steel Plates were systematically investigated. The results show that controlled rolling and accelerated cooling, followed by 620℃ tempering, are feasible approaches for both simplifying the post-rolling heat treatments and impreving the cryogenic impact toughness of 3.5 %Ni steel plates.
