本文阐述了新型S-Ca复合系预硬型塑胶模具钢5CrNiMnMoVSCa(简称5NiSCa)的成分设计和冶炼特点。介绍了其基本性能和热处理工艺。详细列举了5NiSCa钢的应用范围和实例。
In this paper, the alloying principle and characteristics of metallurgical technique of new type of prehardening plastic-gum die steel with S-Ca complex alloying 5CrNiMnMoVSCa (abbreviated as 5NiSCa) are described, Basic prcperties and heat treatment of the steel are intrcduced. Applie ation examples as well as use range of the steel are given.
