摘要
为研究各种型式插入件对管内气体紊流特性的影响,测定了间断扭带、螺旋片、螺旋线等插人件换热管内横截面上气体紊流度的分布。结果表明,在营内设置扭带、螺旋片等插入件,可明显提高气体的脉动速度和紊流度,从而强化传热过程。
In order to study the influence of various types of inserts on turbulent characteristics of gas inside tube, the distributions of turbulent degree on cross section of heatexchanging tube were determined. Shapes of the inserts are diseontinous spiral ties, spiral slice, spiral line, etc.The results show that spiral ties and spiral slice can obviously increase pulsating speed and turbulent degree. Thus, the heat transfer process is strengthened.
