摘要
本文介绍用冷模拟法研究的顶底复吹转炉底吹喷嘴端部蘑菇体成长规律、形核的热力学和动力学条件、各工艺参数对蘑菇体尺寸的影响和蘑菇体形成时气体流量、压力的变化,以及多孔喷嘴孔距、不同类型喷嘴对形成稳定蘑菇体的影响等。
The growth pattern of the mushroom a± the end the tuyere of the top bottom blown converter, the thermodynamics and kineties of nucleation, the influence of technical parameters on the dimension of mushroom and the variations of gas flow rate and pressure have been investigated. The influence of distance between neighboring pipes of mutiple-pipe tuyere and different kinds of tuyeres on forming a stable mushroom hs been also investigated.
