摘要 本文论述了漏斗效应的涵义及影响漏斗效应强度的因素,并详细叙述了按漏斗效应原理设计的几种漏斗式高炉炉顶及其使用效果。10多座100m^3级的高炉1~3年的生产实践证明,高炉使用这种炉顶后,由于布料特别均匀,可以使高炉焦比降低4~10%,产量提高6~15%。 The meaning of hopper effect and the influence of factors on its intensity are demonstrated. Moreover, according to the theory of hopper effect, several hopper types of blast furnace tops designed with success and their adoptive results are described in detail More than ten blast furnaces (100 m^3 capacity) confirme with 1~3 years' practice that after adopting the hopper-type tops coke rate reduces by 4~10 % and output increases by 6~15 % owing to proper (uniform) burden distribution.
