摘要
油气润滑轴承与传统的脂润滑轴承相比,在改善轴承的使用条件、提高转速、增强降温效果、节油节能和减少环境污染等方面,都显示了很大的优越性。尤其是油气润滑技术在冷连轧机上的应用结果表明,该技术是轧辊辊颈轴承润滑的发展方向,应进一步推广应用。
The gasified oil lubricated bearing has a series of advantages over usual oil lubricated ones in improving working condition, elevating rotary speed, intensifying cooling effect, saving ene-rgy and oil and reducing enviroment pollution. Application of the gasified oil lubrication to co-ntinuous cold mill shows that this technique may serve as the major direction for roHbearing lubrication and will be popularized.
