摘要
本文介绍了太钢铁水三脱(S、Si、P)预处理生产设备与工艺特点。依据工业处理结果,讨论了喷粉量、铁水温度、吹氧热量补偿、处理渣性能等工艺因素对铁水三脱过程的影响,并对转炉使用预处理铁水炼钢的效果与预处理—炼钢全流程的经济效益做了分析。
This paper introduces the hot metal pretreament (S, Si, P) equipment and technology at Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co. . Based on the production data, the influence of CaO-based fluxes injection rate, temperature and slag property etc. on the pretreatment process is analysed. The paper also discusses the effects of using protreated hot metal in converter and profit for the whole process of pretreatment-steelmaking.
