摘要
宝钢2030mm冷连轧机在国内率先使用CVC新技术,采用呈“S”形状的特殊轧辊和轧辊的轴向横移可获得不同的有效凸度值,从而减小或完全消除冷轧带钢的二次板形缺陷。通过CVC辊型曲线对轧辊凸度影响的分析和弯辊与CVC位置联合控制数学模型的建立表明,工作辊弯辊和CVC位置联合控制能较好解决轧辊凸度变化,提高板形控制效果。
The CVC technique has been used on the tandem cold strip mill at BISC firstly in China. Its special roll of 'S' shape and axial shift of roll can create different effective convexities, which reduce or eliminate the secondary defects of the strips. An analysis of influence of CVC roll pass on its convexity was conducted and the mathematical model for join; control of roll bending and CVC position was established. Through both the analysis and the simulation it is found that the joint control may successfully solve the uncertainty of the roll convexity and raise the effects of the strip shape control.
