摘要
针对间歇式退火炉使用高速燃烧器,进行了在高速气流循环下的炉内热交换机构与特征的试验研究。通过热态试验和理论计算,得到了炉内对流与辐射热交换随加热进程的变化规律;同时还首次提出金属辐射反向热流是强对流间歇式炉内不可避免的新型传热特征。
Experiment study of heat transfer mechanism and characteristics in high velocity circulation furnace has been accomplished for batch annealing furnace with high velocity burner. Variation laws of heat convection and radiation heat transfer with heating time have been obtained by hot-state experiments and theoretical calculation. At the same time, it has been firstly put forward that inverse heat flux of metal radiation is a unavoidable heat transfer property in the batch furnace with forced convection.
