Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Inflammatory Space-occupied Diseases

目的 探讨肾脏炎性占位疾病的临床特点和提高正确诊断率。 方法 分析本组 4例的临床表现 ,结合文献报道 ,总结此类病变影像学特征和诊治经过。 结果 4例中 5 0 %达到了正确诊断与处理。 结论 肾脏炎性占位疾病有其相应的特殊临床表现的影像学特征 。

Objective To study the clinical features of renal inflammatory space occupied diseases so to improve accurate diagnosis Methods Four cases of renal inflammatory space occupied diseases were reviewed and analyzed.The clinical manifestations and imaging features of the disease were evaluated with review of the literature.Results Two cases(50%)were accurately diagnosed and properly treated in the group.Conclusion Renal infalmmatory space occupied diseases show special clinical manifestations and imaging features.Hence attention should be paid to comprehensive analysis in diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
