摘要
WCF-80是新研制的σ_b≥800 MPa级的高强度、高韧性钢,其微观组织、结构的特点:显微组织主要为细板条状回火低碳马氏体及下贝化体,其内出现弥散微小析出相和高密度位错组态,是强韧性的根本原因。但也有少量应该避免的上贝氏体和粒状贝氏体。
Steel WCF-80 is newly developed steel with high strength 800 MPa and high toughness, and microsttucture consisting fine martensite lath and lower bainite with dispersed phases and high dislocation density. But there are few upper bainite and graunlar bainite which are harmful to strength and toughness and should be avoidable.
