摘要
本文系统研究了50CrMn低合金钢磨球材料的转变特性,不同热处理状态下的组织,力学性能和冲击磨料磨损耐磨性能,并在矿山磨机进行了Φ100 mm磨球的小批量现场试验,取得良好效果。
The transformation behaviour, microstructure, mechanical properties and impact abrasive wear resistance of 50 CrMn low-alloy steel under different heat treatment manners have been studied in this paper. A field test of small batch grinding ball of φ100mm was conducted successfully in ball grinding mill for mining use.
