摘要
本文描述了高炉高富氧喷煤操作的规律,分析了喷煤量与富氧率之间的关系。通过数学模型获得了富氧喷煤高炉参数的变化,计算结果表明,随着喷煤量的增加,置换比将会降低。本文提出了用风口循环部分煤气或达到氧煤效应平衡来解决这一问题。
This paper describes the regularity of the blast furnace operation with the oxygen-enriched and PCI process. The theoretical relations between the PCI rate and oxygen-enrichment are ana-lyzed.The change of blast furnace indices with the oxygen enrichment and PCI were obtained by a mathematical-simulation, which indicates that the replacement ratio will decrease with increasing of PCI rate. A process of injection top gas into hearth tuyere or effect of oxygen-coal balance is introduced to solve this problem.
