FINITE ELEMENT CALCULATION OF ROLL SYSTEM FOR HCW MILL

建立了一个新的HCW轧机辊系变形模型;并用SAPV结构力学程序进行有限元计算,从而证实新模型的实用性和HCW轧机具有优良的板形控制能力。

In this article, a new deformation model of roll system for HCW Mill has been built and SAPV (Structural Analysis Program) is used to this deformation calculation. Thereby, it proves that the new deformation model is practical and the ability cf the HCW mill is greater in con-trolling strip shape.
