摘要
利用自制通电加热式热磨损试验装置和BP-12型热疲劳试验机,对比研究了高铬铸铁、中Ni-Cr冷硬铸铁、165CrNiMo及9Cr2四种轧辊材料的热磨损和热疲劳性能。结合光学金相、电子扫描、图象分析、磨屑分析、高温硬度试验等方法,对轧辊材料的磨损机制,热疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展以及材料组织性能产生影响的原因进行了分析说明。
The hot wear and thermal fatigue properties of high-chromium, medium Ni-Cr, 165CrNiMo and 9Cr2 roll materials have been investigated by means of resistance-heatjng high temperature wear testing device of our own design and BP-12 thermal fatigue testing machine. The hot wear mechanism, thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation as well as the effect of the micro-structures and properties of materials are studied by means of optical metallograph, SEM, image analysis, debris analysis and high temperature hardness test.
