摘要
本文运用金属学、热能工程、物化热力学等多种学科理论和计算机寓线热状态模拟,建立了坯材表面裂纹、外折等与钢锭热工工艺的联系,提出了钢的晶界异相和相变应力诱发裂纹理论及防止措施并经试验验证,应用于大生产效果显著。
Based on the principles of metallography, thermal engineering, thermodynamics and the computer, simulation of heat conditions the relation between the crack of steel and heating regulation has been established. The theory of crack induced by inclusions at the boundary of steel grains and by transformation stress and precautionary measure has been advanced and proved in test. Significant results have been achieved in mass production.
