采用类石墨提高顶吹平炉废钢比

摘要 类石墨是介于煤和石墨之间的产物,由于燃点高(595℃),不能用作燃料煤。为了利用和开发类石墨资源,开发成功在装料期减铁水、增废钢,在精炼期加类石墨的新工艺。采用类石墨能提高平炉废钢比3~6%,对碱度、脱硫、钢质量均无影响.每吨类石墨可提高熔池温度10℃左右。 Quasi-graphite (QG) is a carbon material in between coal and graphite. Owing to its high ignition point (595℃), the QG may not be used as fuel in both civil use and industry. In order to utilize this resource, a new technology has been successfully developed, by which scrap rate is increased during loading and the QG is added during refining. With the QG, the scrap rate of open hearth furnace may be increased by 3~6%. Basicity, desulfurization and steel qualify are not affected. Furthermore, temperature may be increased by 10℃ or so with each ton of the QG.
