摘要 在分析数字化参考咨询概念和国内外数字化参考咨询建设情况基础上,指出数字化参 考咨询服务存在的问题,并提出相应解决对策。 Discusses the conception of digital reference service and its instances in the world, and then points out the problems existing in the digital reference service, and puts forward corresponding countermea-sures.
