ISO11620 the international standard for library performance indicators is introduced at the first, including descriptive framework and use of the performance indicators in ISO11620. As the application model of ISO11620, the EQUINOX project addresses the need of all libraries to develop and utilize performance measures in hybrid library environment. The achievements of EQUINOX project and the performance indicators for electronic library services based on it are presented . The perspective of ISO11620 is given at the last.
