摘要
对于任何一个社会组织来说,人员任用方面的状况,都是一个影响其事业成败和兴衰荣辱的关键因素。但是,某些领导者身上所存在的有关心理障碍,却对社会组织的人员任用工作起着严重的消极作用。本文对任人唯亲、论资排辈、求全责备、嫉贤妒能、能上不能下等五种比较典型的人员任用的心理障碍的具体表现和严重危害等问题作了理论上的分析。
It is an cnicial factor for any social organization in appointing talents that impairs the success and flourishing to its cause. However, seme leaders' psychological obstales in appointing talents for their organizations exert a tremendous negative influence.
This article widely analyses the concrete displays of five typical psychological obstales in appointing talents, such as an appointment by favouritism, an appointment by ranks, demand perfection, hatred of extiordinary talents and accept only higher but lower post. And this article also analyses it's serious endangers.
