平等地受教育机会是《教育法》赋予每个公民的基本权利。但是,由于我国地域辽阔,各地经济发展不平衡,公民接受义务教育的平等机会尚未完全实现。本文从义务教育阶段学生的入学机会、受教育条件和受教育过程三个方面分析了受教育机会不平等产生的原因,并从教育投入、师资队伍建设和师生关系等方面提出解决措施。

Each civil citizen has an equal opportunity to receive education, which is our fundamental right guaranteed by law of Education.
