摘要
当基础教育课程发生全方位变革时,教师培训工作应在转变观念,更新模式,整合资源,强化管理等方面进行大胆创新,积极探索,以增强培训实效,提高教师适应新课程能力。
In the process of all-sided transformation of New Curriculum in basic education, brave innovation is required in conception, mode, resources and administration for teachers' training. Only in this way can both the effectiveness of training and teachers' competence for New Curriculum be gained.
