异丙醇铝法制备环戊醇

摘要 由环戊酮与异丙醇铝在120~150℃通过转氢反应制备环戊醇铝,环戊醇铝与水在回流下制备环戊醇,转化率为85%,环戊醇收率达80%.对产物进行气相色谱、红外光谱、GC-MS定性定量分析,确认目的产物为环戊醇,经分离目的产物环戊醇含量大于99%. Aluminium Cyclopentanol was developed through transhydrogen of cyclopentanone with aluminium isopropoxide at 120-150℃.Cyclopentanol was developed with aluminium cyclopentanol and water under reflux. The transition rate was 85% and recovery of cyclopentanol was up to 80% . By gas chro-matography, infrared spectrum and GC - MS quantitative and qualitative analysis, cyclopentanol was con firmed as the purposive product and it was more than 99% in content after separation.
