摘要 利用DSC、红外光谱图、电镜照片研究玻璃纤维与PET界面 ,发现添加 30份经偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维可以有效增强增韧PET ,玻纤表面处理剂硅烷能显著提高PET工程塑料的力学性能及界面粘结强度。通过阻燃效果分析 ,8~ 9份的溴 -锑阻燃剂即可使PET/玻纤复合材料的氧指数达 2 7。DSC分析表明玻璃纤维、阻燃剂粒子。 The interfacial surface of PET and glass fibers was studied by DSC,IR spectra and SEM.It was found that 30 phr of surface-treated glass fibers could improve the toughness of the composite efficiently.Silane for the treament of glass fiber could improve mechanical properties and interfacial adhesion of the composite remarkably. When 8~9 phr of Br-Sb based flame retardant was applied to the composite, the oxygen index of the composite would reach 27. The results of DSC showed that glass fibers, flame retardant particles and talc had the effect of nucleating agent on the composite.
