化工设备局部结构型式选优设计

Optimum Design of Local Structure in Process Equipment

本文结合设计制造的实践、进口设备的检修以及设备事故的分析经验 ,分别从易于制造和降低制造成本以及有利于安全运行的角度对化工设备的12个局部结构的设计型式进行了分析 ,指出了设计禁忌及相应的优选方案。

Combined with the practice of design, manufacture, maintenance of imported equipment and analysis of accident, from the aspects of feasibility of fabrication, cost decreasing and safe operation, 12 local structures in process equipment were analyzed in this article. Then, some design avoidances and the optimum schemes were proposed.
