摘要 对 9 0 0 -2 0 16PR和 10 0 0 -2 0 16PR载重斜交轮胎的结构设计、配方设计和工艺控制三个方面进行了改进。在结构设计方面包括减小行驶面宽度 ,外层及缓冲层裁断角度增大 1° ,增大帘布的反包高度 ,拉大各布层级差等 ;配方设计方面包括胎冠胶采用炭黑 /白炭黑补强体系 ,Si69、硫黄及次磺酰胺类促进剂的用量比为 1/1/1,胎肩胶中NR用量由 80份增大为 90份等 ;工艺控制方面改善裁断、压延工艺控制 ,调整硫化时间等。改进后轮胎的 15 0 %负荷耐久试验时间延长了 1倍 。 The modifications of 9 00-20 16PR and 10 00-20 16PR truck tires were made in terms of structure design,formulation and process control.The particular measures were as follows:decrease the width of tread,increase the cutting angles of outer plies and breaker by 1°,raise the turn up,and enlarge the off widths among different plies for construction design;use black/silica reinforcing system and Si69/sulfur/sulferamide (1/1/1) curing system in tread compound and increase the NR proportion from 80 phr to 90 phr in shoulder compound for formulation;and improve the control of cutting and canlendering processes for process control.The endurance life of the modified tire at 150% load extended by 100%,and the speed performance also improved.
