Development of Emulsion for Waterborne Woodenware Finishes

采用无皂聚合、常温交联及光固化技术研制成水性木器漆用乳液。探讨了丙烯酸单体种类及配比、自交联单体、水性光固化单体及光催化剂等影响因素。用正交设计获得乳液的最佳合成方案。

This article has described the soap-free polymerization of the emulsion,ambient temperature curing and UV curing technolgy for waterborne woodenware finishes,and discussed the factors influencing the film properties,such as varieties and ratio of acrylic monomers,self-crosslinking monomers,waterborne UV curing monomers,and light catalysts.An orthogonal design method was used for optimized emulsion preparation.The technical specification for the waterborne woodenware finishes was given.
