沈阳化工股份有限公司引进意大利迪诺拉公司5万t/a离子膜电解槽及电解生产技术。迪诺拉公司的30DD-350型复极电解槽采用完全的自然循环,消耗少,便于管理,膜寿命长。选用全氟磺酸/全氟羧酸复合膜作为离子膜,共使用了FlemionF865、NafionN966、NafionN978、NafionNE20024种型号的膜;其中NafionN966膜电压较高且稳定,电流效率高,强度好,使用寿命长,比较适合于迪诺拉电解槽使用。

Shenyang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. has imported ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer and electrolysis production technology of 50 kt/a from De Nora company,Italy.Because the bipolar-type electrolyzer 30DD-350 runs by using complete natural circulation,the consumption is low,the management for it is convenient and the life span of membrane is long.The perfluoro-sulfonic acid/carboxylic acid is selected as the ion-exchange membrane,and four types of the membrane had been used including Flemion F865,Nafion N966,Nafion N978 and Nafion NE2002.Among them the electrolyzer voltage of Nafion N966 is higher and steady,the current density is high,the membrane strength is good and the life span is long.Therefore,Nafion N966 is more suitable for De Nora electrolyzer.
