摘要
针对石油工程生产需要,在非淹没、淹没以及有围压存在的条件下,对磨料射流切割油井套管进行了实验研究。结果表明,淹没条件下磨料射流切割套管的深度低于非淹没条件;随着围压的增加,磨料射流切割套管的能力先增强后减弱,当围压在0.5~1.0MPa时,其切割效率最佳;而当磨料质量百分比在30%~35%之间、射流喷射角在110°~115°之间时可以获得较佳的切割效果。
This paper presents the experiential study on casingcutting with abrasive water jet under conditions of nonsubmergence, submergence and ambient pressure. The results show that the cutting depth under conditions of nonsubmergence is deeper than that of submergence, and the cutting efficiency which increases firstly, then decreases with the increase of ambient pressure gets to the highest when the ambient pressure is between 0.5~1MPa, and the cutting efficiency is the highest when the abrasive concentration is between 30% ~35% and the angle of jet is between 110°~ 115°.
