介绍了聚合醚润滑剂HLX的一般性质,室内评价结果表明,HLX与海水钻井液体系具有良好配伍性,能够在海水钻井液中迅速扩散成膜,在泥饼表面的吸附迅速、均匀,它不仅比聚合醇类润滑剂的润滑效果好,具有油基润滑剂的高效润滑特点,而且无荧光、无毒、易生物降解。在胜利油田20余口海上定向井中的成功应用表明,HLX能有效降低钻具阻力、防止钻具粘卡、有利于海洋环境保护,值得推广应用。

The paper introduces the general property of polyether lubricant HLX. The laboratory evaluation shows that HLX has good compatibility with seawater drilling fluid systems. It can instantly diffuse and form film in seawater drilling fluids and can be immediately & homogeneously absorbed on mud cakes. The successful applications in more than twenty directional wells offshore in Shengli Oilfield show that HLX can effectively decrease the friction resistance and prevent differential sticking. It is helpful for the environmental protection and deserves to be widely used.
