摘要
根据聚合物产出液属于幂律流体,运用非牛顿流体力学理论,通过对聚合物产出液在泵筒与柱塞间缝隙中流动规律的研究,导出了泵筒与柱塞间缝隙漏失量的计算公式;此外还作出了水驱油井产出液和注聚合物驱油井产出液漏失量与挂泵深度的关系图,为合理选择聚合物驱油机井泵筒和柱塞的配合间隙提供了理论依据。
The paper deduces the calculation formula of lost amount from fracture spaces between pump barrel and plunger. Furthermore, it draws the relationship graphs among fluid production of waterflooding wells, fluid production of polymerflooding wells and depth of pump unit, which provides the theoretical base for optimum selection of pump barrel and plunger in polymerflooding wells.
