摘要
阐述了海洋钻井工程实施项目管理的必要性和海洋钻井工程日费制、进尺费用、全井包干、分担风险四种承包方式的特点,简要介绍了国内外海洋石油钻井工程项目管理的方式,提出了实施钻井项目管理的具体做法。
This paper presents essential conditions of project management of offshore drilling and characteristics of dailyrate, footage , turnkey contract mode. Meantime, this paper introduces the processing of project management of offshore drilling in the world, and the steps of project management for offshore drilling.
