摘要
针对磷酸中氟的存在形式,采用初步脱氟和深度脱氟结合的工艺,在大幅度降低P_2O_5肥料化的基础上,使脱氟酸达到生产牙膏级磷酸氢钙的要求。使94%以上的P_2O_5进入饲料级和牙膏级磷酸氢钙生产,约30%的P_2O_5进入牙膏级磷酸氢钙的生产。
A two-step process for purification of wet-processphosphoric acid which utilizes predefluorination and deep defluorination, and P_2O_5 changed into fertilizer-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate is greatly decreased. The acid of defluorination can be employed to produce toothpastegrade calcium hydrogen phosphate. More than 90% of P_2O_5 in the raw wet-process phosphoric acid will come into the production of feed-grade and toothpaste-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate. About 30% of P_2O_5 in it will come into toothpaste-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate.
