摘要
以聚酯缩聚反应过程为对象,用发生函数法建立在线相对分子质量分布估计模型。为了符合缩聚釜的实际效应,采用有约束优化方法在线校正模型参数,并用现场数据进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明,本模型预估的MWD在正常工况下与工厂设计数据吻合,并能不断给出整个缩聚流程的质量信息,对聚酯缩聚过程相对分子质量分布进行预估是有效的。
The model that describes the online molecular mass distribution(MWD) for the polycondensation reaction process is developed by the method of generation function,in which a reaction process of poly(ethylene terephthalate)is taken as an example. A method of online correction is applied to meet the practical effect.Simulation results demonstrate that the agreement between estimated MWD and industry design data is good on normal condition and that the model provides the quality information of all polycondensation process.Accordingly,the proestimation of online MWD is valid.
