Thermal behavior of easy hydrolytic degradation polyester synthesized by PTA processing

摘要 用PTA法合成了一系列易水解聚酯(EHDPET)。采用DSC和TGA技术系统分析了SIPE、IPA、脂肪族化合物(A)等各组分含量对其热性能的影响。结果表明:tg、tcc(冷结晶温度)随SIPE含量的增加而升高,tm、tmc(热结晶温度)则下降;IPA的加入使tg、tm、tmc均下降,而tcc升高;随脂肪族化合物(A)含量的增加,tcc、tg下降。随SIPE、脂肪族化合物(A)含量的增加,EHDPET的热稳定性变差。 A series of easy hydrolytic degradation polyester (EHDPET) are synthesized by the esteraficationpolycondisation action of PTA,IPA,SIPE and aliphatic polymer(A).The effects of the content of various comonomers on thermal transition temperature and thermooxidative stability are systematically studied by means of DSC and TGA.The results showed that tg and tcc increases while tm,tmc decreases as the SIPE content increases.With the IPA content going up,tg,tm,tmc will go down,but tcc becomes higher.More addition of aliphatic (A)leads tp lower tg and tcc.The thermostability of EHDPET gets worse when the content of SIPE or aliphatic(A) increases.
