摘要
TiO2粒子作为消光剂存在于聚酯的非晶区中,对聚酯结晶过程有显著影响。在聚酯切片的冷结晶过程中,由于吸附及空间位阻作用,对结晶起阻碍作用;在聚酯熔融结晶过程中,作为晶核,对结晶起促进作用。w(TiO2)DSC参数表明:玻璃化转变温度tg、冷结晶峰温tc、熔融结晶峰温tmc随w(TiO2)降低而下降。
TiO2 particulate as delustrant is existed in the amorphous region of PET and it has significance influence on PET crystallization .During the PET chip cooling crystallization ,adsorption and steric hindrance of TiO2 particulate has hindrance effect on the crystallization.During the PET melt crystallization ,as crystalnucleus, TiO2 particulate has promotion effect on crystallization.The DSC parameters show that the glass transition temperature tg,cooling crystallization peak temperature tc and melt crystallization peak temperature tmc will decreased with the decreasing of TiO2 content.
