摘要
Pd/C粉碎的主要原因是:进入反应器浆料浓度过高,反应器的进料温度下降梯度过大,反应器卸压过快,催化剂表面复盖层过重等。采取的对策有:加氢反应进料的配制浓度应控制在反应温度下TA饱和浓度的85%以下;定期检查切水阀,及时切水冲洗,反应器压力控制阀高限位(最大开度为45%),注意返料质量,对催化系统进行碱洗、水洗等。
The main reasons for the crushing of Pd/C catalyst are that the slurry concentration which entered in the reactor is too high,the feeding temperature decreasing gradient in the reactor is too big,the releasing of the reactor is too quick,the coverage of the catalyst surface is heavy.The countermeasures are that the feeding compound concentration of the hydrogenation reaction is controlled under the reaction temperature and below 85% TA saturation concentration,the changing water valve is examined regularly,chaning water washing is done in time,the pressure control valve of the reactor is high limit(the maximum open degree is 45%),returning material quality are paid attention to,alkali washing and water washing on catalyst system are carried out.
