熔纺氨纶交联剂控制系统的改进

摘要 用双泵代替单泵来控制交联剂的添加。交联剂经一级泵,采用压力闭环控制系统,产生较高的稳定的压力,再经二级泵,采用速度开环控制,达到准确的流量,解决了单泵系统难以同时控制2个被控量的难题,满足了熔纺氨纶工艺的要求。 The single pump control system is replaced by double pump control system to control the adding of cross linker.The cross linker passes through the first step pump,pressure closed loop control system is used,the higher steady pressure is generated. The cross linker goes through the second step pump,speed open loop control system is used the exact flow is obtained.The difficult problems to control the two controlled variables at the same time in single pump system are solved, the requirements of meltspinning spandex are satisfied.
