关于深化改革和调整经济利益的理论思考

经济改革二十年来 ,我国取得了巨大的经济利益 ,这当然离不开经济理论的指导。根据邓小平理论和党的十五大精神 ,针对当前经济利益分配不均衡现象 ,进一步深化改革 ,在利益分配方面应坚持承认人力资本所有者拥有企业所有权 ,坚持按劳分配与按要素分配相结合 ,坚持效率优先、兼顾公平等理论。

Since Chinese economic reform for over twenty years, our country has made the great economic profit at the direction of economic theories. According to Denxiaoping theory and the main viewpoints affirmed in the 15th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party and in a situation of present unreasonable distribution of economic profit , we should insist on the human capital's ownership of an enterprise and combining labor distribution with capital or other factor distribution to deepen the reform . We still should persist in having a first priority of efficiency and giving consideration to fair distribution for further reform.
