浅议实现依法治国的有效途径

依法治国的最终目标是把我国建设成为社会主义法治国家 ,在以江泽民同志为核心的党中央领导下 ,通过以下途径 :自律守法 ,改变“人治文化”,完善法律体系 ,严格行政执法和公正司法 ,执行生效的法律文书 ,健全监督制度等 ,一定能实现这一伟大事业。

The ultimate goal of ruling the country in accordance with the law is to build ours a socialist country of law. Under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin at the core,we will certainly be able to accomplish the great cause through the following ways of abiding by discipline and law conscientiously, altering 'the culture of personal rule', perfecting the legal system, achieving administrative enforcement and fair administration of justice, enforcing legal documents into effect, strengthening the supervisory system and so on.
