摘要
从词汇和结构、思维模式和文风、以及中西文化三个方面探讨了两种语言存在的差异 ,以及这些差异导致的跨语言迁移 ,提出了如何利用母语知识促进迁移 ,提高英语教学成效的对策。
ABCTRACT:The influence of L1 transfer on foreign language acquisition has always been a problem before linguists. This paper analyses differences between Chinese and English with regard to three respects:(1) vocabulary and structure (2) mode of thinking and style of writing (3) Chinese and Western culture, and L1 transfer resulted from such differences. The paper suggests some cures for this problem in order to raise efficiency in College English teaching.
