摘要
论文根据健美操的项目特点 ,针对学生在素质、兴趣、水平等方面综合叙述了健美操动作的创编、音乐的选择及健美操技术教学的方法 ,从而提出对提高公共体育健美操教学质量的几点看法。
ABCTRACT: According to the characteristics of aerobic class and students' quality, interests, level of performance, this article tells us and to design, how to choose the music, and how to improve the teaching of aerobic techniques.
