摘要
采用KF/Al2O3催化剂催化合成肉桂酸。用新催化剂催化反应可以降低反应温度,缩短反应时间,提高肉桂酸的产率。探索出了最佳反应条件:当反应温度控制在16℃,苯甲醛和乙酸酐的摩尔比1:3,用6.0gKF/Al2O3催化反应1.0h,得到肉桂酸的产率为85.4%。
The authors apply KF /Al2O3 catalyst to sythetise cinnamic acid. This brand new method has reduced the reaction temperature, shortened the reaction time and increased the productivity of cinnamic acid. The research finds out the best reaction condition. The mole ratio of benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride is 1:3. And the dosage of KF /Al2O3 is 6.0g. The reaction temperature is 160℃ . The reaction time is about an hour. It shows that the productivity of cinnamic acid is 85.4% .
