第二代杉木种子园建立技术研究

The building techniques on second grade seed garden of Cunninghamia lanceolata

在初级种子园研究的基础上 ,确立了杉木二代种子园材料的选择标准和选择方法 ,并选择出了湖南省杉木二代种子园的建园材料 ,提出了第二代种子园育种群体的大小及育种群体的组成。为控制共祖率和减少近交的抑制作用 ,对园址选择、园地区划、无性系配置进行了系统研究 ,对营建林木高世代种子园具有指导性意义。

Based on first grade seed garden of C.lanceolata,the building standard and methods of the second grade seed garden were established,the building material of second grade seed garden of C.lanceolata in Hunan Province were selected.The size and construction of the breeding group of the second grade seed garden also measured.For control the rate of same parent and inbreeding,the address,divisions,clone ranges were researched systematicly.The research was important for the building of forestry higher generation.
