摘要
以大豆油脚为原料 ,用NaOH饱和溶液皂化 ,用结晶法和层析法提取纯化豆甾醇 ,经理化数据、光谱测定和标样对照 。
The wastrel of soy oil is saponified with saturated NaOH solution.A compound has been isolated both by crystallization and chromatography.Its structure has been identified as stigmasterol on basis of physical and chemical constants and IR, MS, NMR spectral analysises. Crystallization method is simple and suitable for factory produciton.
