摘要
γ射线辐照SPF试验动物饲料的关键性技术是辐照剂量的优化和确定。通过辐照处理对SPF饲料的理化、微生物和感官指标影响的研究 ,提出辐照灭菌处理的模糊综合质量评价方法 ,进而实现对辐照剂量的模糊优化。
The key technique of irradiation SPF animal feed with 60 Co γ\|rays was authentication and optimization irradiation dose.Having studied the change of irradiation SPF feed on nutrient conten and microorganism and sensory quality,the method of fuzzy comprehensive quality evaluation with radiation processing was put forward and the optimization radiation sterilization dose of SPF test animal feed was established.
