In order to strengthen collective vigour and play its proper role in teaching and researching, Party and Administration leading group of colleges(departments) should try to manage six relations: relations between Party organization and administration in colleges (departments);relationship between group leading and division of labour with individual responsibility; relationship between leaders and the mass; relationship between chief position and deputy position; relationship between management and vocational work.
