摘要
当前香港经济面临转型,结构性失业与结构性缺岗并存。发展香港经济,解决香港就业问题必须进一步提高人口素质,制定更加灵活的吸引内地优才政策,改变现行的教育制度。加强人才培训.促进两岸三地人才交流。
At present, economy in Hongkong is facing transition, there are both structural unemployment and structural lacking position.To develop Hongkong's economy and resolve the employment we should improve people's quality further, lay down the policy to attract excellent talents in the interior, change current educational system, enhance the training of talents and promote talent exchange between two sides.
