摘要
高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)树脂是一种机械力学性能优异的新一代聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂。文中叙述了HPVC的合成工艺方法、加工工艺条件;介绍了HPVC的机械力学性能、耐热性、高弹性等,并探讨了相关的结构与性能的关系;例举了各种高分子改性剂对HPVC的改性研究,并对此进行了展望。
PVC resin with high degree of polymerization(HPVC) is a new type of PVC resin with good mechanical properties.In this paper,the synthesis processes and the processing conditions of HPVC are described;the mechanical properties,heat resistance and high elasticity of HPVC are introduced,and the relationship between structures and properties is investigated;research works on the modification of HPVC with polymeric modifiers are exemplified,and its prospects are look forward.
