摘要
对一台大直径的3Cr-1Mo-(1/4)V锻钢制加氢反应器的选材、新型冷氢箱结构进行了详细介绍,并对热电偶结构提出了改进措施,同时利用先进的计算软件对关键部位进行了应力分析。
The material selection, new type chilled box structure of a large diameter 3Cr-1Mo-1/4 V forge steel hy-drocracking reactor were recommended in detail. The improvement of thermocouple structure was proposed. By the use of advanced calculation soft ware, the stress analysis on key location were conducted simultaneously.
